ONE POWERED YOGA IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR 200 HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE APPROVED TEACHER TRAINING IS HAPPENING AGAIN!
 

Please join us on this amazing journey where you will learn proper alignment skills, teaching methodology and techniques for teaching basic through advanced asana flow classes. We will explore anatomy, physiology and pranayamas as well as learn more about keeping our bodies and mind happy and healthy through ayruveda, healthy eating and meditation.

This training is not only for those students that want to teach, but also for those that simply want to further their own practice and grasp a deeper understanding of the yoga teachings while creating a deeper inner connection. This in turn, will help you to create an environment where healthy strong relationships in life can thrive. The tools you will take away from this training are invaluable.

THIS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF 12 WEEKENDS FROM OCTOBER – MARCH:

  • October 12-14

  • October 26-28

  • November 2-4 *Anatomy on Saturday

  • November 16-18

  • November 30-December 2

  • December 14-16 *Anatomy on Saturday

  • January 4-6

  • January 25-27

  • February 8-10

  • February 22-24

  • March 1-3 *Anatomy on Saturday

  • March 15-17

HOURS:

  • Fridays: 7pm – 10pm

  • Saturdays: 12pm – 6pm

  • Sundays: 11am – 5pm

TUITION:

  • $2,800 Early Bird Special – Sign up and pay in full before 8/1

  • $3,100* After 8/1 to be paid by 9/1

  • A $500 Non-Refundable Deposit with signed agreement to be paid before or by 7/15 to secure your spot

- Will be required to bring a journal
- OPY will provide each student with a manual of the yoga asanas being taught with explanations for benefits, alignment, modifications, adjustments, etc.
