Lay the foundation for a strong yoga practice by learning to ignite your core in every pose! As our core supports us physically in our practice, building abdominal strength gives us the potential to improve nearly every asana, allowing us to flow with ease. This workshop will emphasize core awareness in traditional vinyasa flow and focus on activating the midline as we move. Learn to increase balance, activate your deepest abdominal muscles, and build the foundation for inversions and arm balances through intensive core work.... and have fun!
