This is a crash course for Reiki I and II certification. You will Immerse yourself into the healing art of Reiki. In Reiki I you will be provided an overview of the history of Reiki, receive all attunements and will learn how to cleanse your chakra system by applying the Reiki applications on yourself. In Reiki II, you will advance your knowledge learning Reiki symbols, applying Reiki applications using these symbols on yourself and others. You will leave this crash course with both first- and second-degree certifications, a notebook, and a very deep understanding with much experience using this extraordinary healing art and transformative power of Reiki. There will be no breaks so please be prepared bringing your own snacks and drink, a mat and pillow if needed, and comfortable dress.

Please join me as we FLOW into SPRING - with a slower pace beginners workshop - a yoga class for those newer to yoga or just getting back. This workshop will be a vinyasa style flow with foundational yoga postures - connecting breath with movement while being introduced to Sun Salutations sequences - also tapping into standing and seated poses. As spring approaches, it is important to acknowledge life balance. It is the time of year when everything “revs up” and we begin to fill our calendars with lots of “to do’s”. This is the perfect workshop to connect with yourself through breath and relaxation which in turn will align the proper balance and harmony needed to step forward and grow. Nate, Massage Therapist and Rae Ann, Yoga Instructor will provide you with the tools to tap into what balance is to you thru a series of Restorative Yoga poses. These restful poses along with essential oils and touch will assist in tuning into your body and mind.
In a tranquil candlelit environment, we will support your poses with bolsters, blankets, sandbags, blocks and straps. Guided meditation/readings focusing on life balance will provide you with guidance to help you attain your own life balance. Soothing music will accompany each pose while oils and massage are applied. Join us as spring approaches and allow us to provide you with the proper channels to bring balance to your life and prepare you for what lies ahead.
