Yin Workshop Series
with Judit Sore
Nov. 11, Nov. 25, Dec. 9 & Dec. 23
$25 each class or $80 for the series
This Yin Workshop Series is for athletes and everyone for that matter.
Has your doctor, your friend, your coach or your personal trainer ever told you that you need yoga but you have done little to no yoga? Well, if that is the case then this workshop is designed for you. Yin yoga is a practice in which poses are held for longer periods of time (3-5minutes) allowing for the gentle release of joints, fascia, tendons and ligaments. This practice emphasizes the stretching of the deep connective tissue and serves as a compliment to your athletic training. The tightest bodied athletes and the most chronic desk sitters will absolutely fall in love with this practice. So join me for 90 minutes of bliss and self-care.
We encourage you to sign up early! Register Here!

Four Gates Treatment - Helps with calming and quieting the mind, strengthening and nourishing all the muscles and tendons.
